Gay mens holistic group
This is a space to make new friends and explore you spirituality.We meet monthly at the moment at my house in Bedlinog near Ystrad mynach. From 8pm -11pm. Days vary.Phone for details.
The initial focus is on personal and spiritual development.I will teach and we will have a meditation at each group: we may have open discussion of issues that affect us all from relationships to work etc
Also i am arranging events like walks, learning massage,learning reiki,trips to the cinema,meals out or afternoons on the beach etc
The ethos of the group is :" a place for gay men to explore deeper intimacy within themselves and with each other in a safe ,loving and respectful environment".
I am guardian of the group and I wish to create a group where all can contribute ,make friends and grow!
